The brown fellow on the left is Domo-kun the mascot of a Japanese television station. He is also a semi-popular internet meme, making frequent appearance on I-Mockery, Newgrounds, and the like.
I have no idea who the cat/do/whatever on the right is.

The brown-paper-bag like person in costume is dressing as Domo-kun. The other one is Nanami-chan.
