One of my best friends got with one of my crushes that she KNOWS I like.She came up to me and just was being all snotie about. Should we be friends or should I let the guy who love get in the way?

I went through the same thing with my sister. To spite me - she went after this guy I liked - she ended up marrying him and now their divorced.
I say it's an open game - he isn't commited to either one of you. Since she knows that you like him - and she made a move anyway - go for it - work it girlfriend.
If he's already with her, let her know she played dirty and how you feel - to continue a friendship with her or not should be determined on how she reacts when you let her know this.
Maybe he'll dump her once he gets to know her and see's she's a snoot and dump her.

Young girls are one of the most vicious animals there is, unfortunately. They love to hurt each other. I wouldn't try too hard to keep this girl in your life, because she'll eventually just do something shady again. Don't make a big deal about it, and next time, don't tell her who you have a crush on.

i think you should flirt with the guy and tell your friend like omg ex: jake had this really funny joke or omg we are going to get pizza wanna come and she will get jelaous and wont want to be your friend but at least you get the guy!!!!!!
