I've been wondering If I'm pregnant or not, because I've not had my period since November, spotting before that, and I've now had breast tenderness for about a week now.

I know, I'm an idiot. I should probably get a test and go to the doctor.

it depends--every woman and pregnancy are different- some people get it & some dont.
mine were 'pms' sore in the beginning, for a week--then during my second trimester they were sore again for about 2 weeks.
Im at 38 weeks now, and my boobs still feel just fine.

Mine started the day after I conceived and they are still sore at 16 weeks. Everyone is different. Some women start with soreness right away and other's never experience it.

I would say that most start around 4-6 weeks....but like I said, everyone is different.

My breast soreness began immediatly with this pregnancy. I was 2 weeks when I found out. It lasted until I was about 3 months.

That can happen almost immediately. Mine were tender after a week of being PG.
