It's added to a page by using an "include" statement if I remember right........Should be some kind of tutorials on blog sites.

well there are many networks that offer this stuff....like the previous answers and.....www.bebo.com.....u can even make one with yahoo's geocities...though theres no blog but u can make a page with the title blog urself....hope this helps.... ;)
