You have not provided enough facts. Talk to a lawyer, not to the Internet.

Why don't you use the spell checker?
Fleeing the police is not a crime if in fact you committed no crime
it is at worst a misdemeanor..It is a crime to bear false witness [falsely reporting a crime]. It must have been a Quiet day in your area... p/s Fleas make you itchy ..

Falsely reporting a crime could be assailed by citing that you believe that there was really a crime at the start but turned out to be none due to supervening events.

If you stay FULL ON CLEAN for a couple years and do the punishment to the LETTER you can go to the Court and have it EXPUNGED.

See the clerk, clean up and be EXTRA NICE and they will give you the forms and show you how to fill them out.

If you pay attention you will NOT need a lawyer.

If you have learned your lesson your motion will most likely be granted.

Good Luck,
J

depending where you live it could be a misedeamanor or a felony? If its a felony forget about it EVER being erased.
