I have loaded it 3 time takeing it all the way out. I have one 5 yeas ago and love it so I hope to get this one going with out paying out more money.

contact gateway support go to their website get the free telephone number and phone them or goto FAQ and see if there is a topic on setting up dragon NS 9 or goto dragon's website support they can tell you too

Go to Micro Soft Windows support and type in the error code, it will give you a clue. When installing be sure to turn off anti virus software before installing, and last call the company for free teck support. The # should be on the box or cd or help file in contact us.
