what are some of hospitality managements job duties and what does it have to do with interior decorating or design?

Usually it is the larger hotels. You plan conventions, parties, meetings, etc. You would decide on the table settings, candles, cards, place settings. Then the food and drinks. You over see the entire party. Kind of like a wedding planner only you do it for more people.

Tough, stressful job. You work week ends, holidays and travel to other hotels. If you don't have a family, it might be O.K. You would meet a lot of nice people and some famous ones too.
