hey what r some things to help me go to bed faster i usauly go to bed at 12:16 or something im 13 and im tired for shchool plz help thnx

A good routine is the best thing

Get off the computer, stretch, walk around a bit, drink a glass of milk, wind down, watch a little TV, flick through a book and go to bed.

Turn off the tv and/or video games by 8 pm
Take a quick shower or bath
Get in jammies and get into the bed by 10 pm
Think happy thoughts and go to sleep!
You are young you need rest to help you grow!

1 go to bed earlier 2 cut TV off 3 drink a glass of warm milk 4 turn off your computer 5 lay down and think of happy thoughts.6 just relax and it will happen.

ok these are some things i do to make myself fall asleep faster, and to sleep better.

1. take a while to let your mind slow down, don't be working on a project or typing on a computer & then trying to fall asleep right away. let your mind know it is time to slow down by doing something calming like reading a book or a magazine.

2. deep breathe. breathe in through your nose a couple of times. while doing so, inhale & hold your breath for 5 seconds (count mississippies) and then slowely let it out through your mouth. think of breathing & only breathing for about ten minutes.

3. once you finish your breathing excersize, your brain should be calm & you should think about anythign you like. a relaxing place, a person who is important to you, or something you are looking forward to. just be careful not to get into too much thought, because it will make it impossible to sleep, with thoughts rushing through your head.

4. close your eyes, and don't open them once they are closed!

Lay in a dark quiet room and imagine you are looking at a brick wall. Start counting the bricks. It might also help to drink some warm milk and honey or eat a teaspoon of peanut butter.

Get off your pc and I dont mean 1 min before going to bed staying on your pc makes it harder to fall alseep same with tv you need to do something that involves no technology half an hour before the time you want to go to bed lay down and read a magazine and whatever you do dont go back on that PC! or watch TV i know its tempting...

When I lay down to go to sleep, I close my eyes and I think of a book I would like to write. I think about who my charaters would be and the story plot. Then run it kind of like a movie in my thoughts. If you do decide to try that be sure to write it down the next day. One day you could have a best seller.
