There's this guy at work that I really like and I thought he liked me back; he was flirting with me in suttle ways; I went as far as to tell him that I liked him; I made the first move; He then gave me the "let's just be friends" speech -_-; It's really hard now coz I really like him; Seeing him everyday just adds to the problems; now I'm beggining the process of leaving the complany coz I really need to move on; I told him I was leaving and now he's hinting he wants to come with me to the company I'm moving to; I'm confused as to how he really feels; could somebody give their two cents on this pls

I think this man is simply flirting with you which is probably what he does with most women. This is not a bad thing. Don't be embarrass about making a move on him. That is what life is about - taking risks. some pay off and some don't. The real problem is him wanting to follow you to this new company. Why? What is in it for him. I would suspect that it isn't you but rather the new company is more appealing than the one he is working at now. You don't owe this guy anything. Just move on

Ask him why he wants to go to the new company sounds like he wants you to hook him up with a job there. As far a just being friends and not getting serious thing, guys hear that all the time, its just a part of the dating process that women are learning more about. Its called rejection.

He sounds narcissistic. He enjoys your attention, but has nothing to give in return. Drop him. Enjoy your new joy. Next time play your feeling close to the vest until you know they are mutual.

Lesson learned: attractions between co-workers, especially one-sided attractions as in your case, never work out.
