Some of my dreams are confused and cluttered, while others are seriously just weird. Last year I kept getting almost "3-D" sort of dreams and I wake up after them with a feeling of being watched. One of them includes a donut and catwalk music in the background... Some dreams feel like an intense light is shining and when I open my eyes I get blinded by light. In these I can barely move and I'm usually not enjoying them. Most dreams are freakishly weird like me reaching up to get a donut being held by an angel in a thought bubble but only to be woken up when I touch it... Any ideas?

Oh and no I'm not obbsessed with donuts... those are examples. I also love to play video games, so maybe that might have to do something about it?

Dreams are usually a way for your subconscious to tell you something.
Do you have issues with food? ie overweight or think your overweight and have a history with anorexia or bulimia? the donut seems like a symbol for something you desire or need,
like the angel (your thoughts and good intentions?) are torturing you with a treat.
Tha catwalk music could mean societys expectation of you (supermodels)
The light could mean you feel like everyone is looking at you and its bothering you (spotlight) to the point where you cant even function.
not trying to judge, just ideas, only you know how the symbols relate to your own life. Your brain is trying to tell you to address whats in the dream that you are ignoring in your waking life.

Dreams are a place where the subconscious releases suppressed thoughts, and emotions. Look at your waking life, is there something that is bothering you, something you want to get off you chest, or perhaps change. Your dreams will begin to change once you make changes in your life.

I doubt very much that the Creator's angels would treat you like that, and the alternative of who is so treating you is to be avoided -- pray to the Creator only for light and protection. Any other source would not help.

I would find out what each object means in and of itself (look in a dream dictionary or Google a place online). Then think of how each one might relate to recent events or your life in general. I think the objects in your dreams are a series of symbols and your subconscious is trying to make you think of something and bring it to "the surface".
