well it all depends on what kind of stuff he is into really.. i dont know what kind of stuff he likes so i cant really help you out sorry.

A couple's massage outdoors somewhere.
I hired two massage therapist, brought a picnic lunch, wine and music.
They already had a tent type thing set up there by the water.
A bit pricey.
