I'd have to go with kissing a monkey. Cow breath is mostly made up of belches from four stomachs at various levels of digestion.
Monkeys can be very affectionate, though they can get too excited and jump up and down on your head.
(We are talking monkeys, not primates/great apes, right?)(I've been kissed by a chimpanzee...wet...very wet...)

I would kiss a cow. i think that maybe a cow would kiss back with those big lips. you have heard of ppls getting kissed by cows. i think cows are like really big cuddly things that make milk. cows are cool they make a really cool sound. it goes like moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
