Home Depot or Lowes, if they don't stock them, they can surely special order something for you. They are by far the most consumer friendly building supply out there. If there is a Ferguson Plumbing Supply (they are the largest in my region if no the nation and the world) they can certainly get you anything you need so long as it exists.

if you cant find a 14 inch rough in which youprobally want get a 12 inch and use an offset flange; feel free to email me for info
