Darn tootin'!

You are never the only one left. There will always be liberals as long as there a books and tutors and all the other things that the left and right attempt to destroy as soon as they get in power.

A liberal mind is a free mind and a good mind. The right is too greedy and the left is too jealous to function properly.

Having said that the right knows how to kick-*** and make good cannon-fodder and the left knows how to myther (nag) a country to a standstill, when necessary. So they are not without their importance.

If you feel isolated where you live, move.
Watch more "education" TV and go back to college and hang with other knowledgeable "learny" type folks.
Don't sit on your ***. Sitting down is what will kill the planet.

No, I don't suppose you are, mores the pity. Unfortunately the type of person you refer to tends to want all the good things in life but not pay the price, I do agree that there are too many demands on fossil fuels, but until someone comes up with an alternative that's viable, lets stop moaning about it and try to help, not just complain all the time. So don't you worry your young head about it, just get on with playing with your dollies and let the grown ups sort it out. Happy New Year

Nope you are not the only one. I worry too but I've heard loads of people on here say that global warming is made up for us to pay more tax, that did make me laugh a tiny bit. We are speeding up global warming and apparently in a few years time east Anglia will be under water. Just go live somewhere that's a few feet above sea level, you'll be fine, come live with me if you want!

Hey now. Im a liberal and drive a hybrid. You CAN care about both. But now, to go on. Of course there are liberals left, and it depends on where you live as to how many, and how open they are. I live right around DC, so everyone rants about politics all of the time, and thats not a stereotype.

Don't worry, we'll take over the world someday. =]

The word liberal means generous and caring. The greatest liberal in history was probably Jesus Christ, not that I am particularly religious. Most people are liberal, even most Americans. But Ronnie Ray-gun and his money grubbing republican pals tarnished the word and gave it a negative connotation that is only now starting to evaporate. Hang in there. The neo-cons' greed always does them in. They over reach and blow their own cover. They did it with Nixon and they've done it again with Bush junior. Stick a fork in 'em, they're done. Again. But stay on your guard, they will be back.

You are very intelligent to call yourself a Liberal at 15, congratulation! There are plenty of us Liberals out here , don't forget the 2006 election! Unfortunately the USA is a country of too many wasteful, worriless consumers

It depends on how you define a Liberal i believe in conservation but also i believe in Family Values and sensible fair taxation to pay for our public services not never ending bureaucracy and a top heavy state running our lives for us . To many who claim to be Liberal are more like State Socialists who want to nanny us that is not true Liberalism in my book.

How about the chemicals that are being put in gasoline to "save the ozone" that when it leaks into the ground water, permanently makes the groundwater poisonous?

The ozone is self-healing. Poisoned water is forever!
