I tried to use tripod but I couldn't, and it seems that Geocities doesn't have that option.

Hello, i am sorry no place such as yahoo groups, msn spaces ect. well host them.
What you need is a free webhost such as freewebs (http://freewebs.com)
But save your publisher files as .htm, .html
than you schould be able to use the uploader in freewebs to upload.
i only recommend free webs for people jsut starting normally since i do alot of websites that i sell i recommend buying paid hosting with a domain.
