i was recently denied because i owe past child support even though i have all my children with me and support them ! what can i do i cant afford to pay it and i need to go out of the country . besides the money wont go to my kids cuz i have them ? what can i do does any one know ?

i was only seperate from them a short time so its not a huge amount its just more than i have now and of corse i know money owed is money owed i was just wondering if there was some glitch that could help me so i can make this two week trip but i guess not

Was there a time when you did not have your children, and were supposed to pay child support and didn't? If that is the case, then you still owe that money for the time the children were not with you. Back child support does not go away. Even though you have the children now, you owe for when you did not.
Recently, in my town, and woman finally got the back child support she was owed from the father of her two kids. Both her kids are grown, and have children of their own. Money owed is money owed.
They will not give you a passport, because since you owe this money, they don't want you leaving the country. Once you are gone, who knows when they will see you again. If you figure a way out anyways, you will likely get picked when re-entering the country.

It's not just a question of money, you probably have warrants out on yrou failure to pay child support.
You are learning like the rest of us that child support has nothing to do with supporting the child, it's about the massive amount of money the state government gets paid from the federal government to collect as much as they can at any cost.
If you have a felony due to the Child support, you can never be awarded a passport. UNfair but this is what women wanted.

As far as I know until you either pay the back amount in full or make satisfactory arrangements to do so you will continue to be denied. They're afraid that you will skip the country. My daughter now lives with her dad but for several month he still had to pay back support to me because he was so far behind.
