Your compound can be called any of the following:

-Cisplatin
-Cisplatinum
-Cis-diamminedichloroplatinum(II) (CDDP)
-Dichloroplatinum azanide

The true chemical name is probably one of the last two, but Wikipedia said that the very last one was the IUPAC name. If you're wondering what it's used for, it's a chemotherapy drug. Check the link for a better explanation.

The formula given does not identify a unique compound. It appears that N2H6 here identifies to molecules of ammonia. (That is all that is consistent with the formula given.)

Then this could be

cis-bisamine dichloro platinum (II)

or

trans-bisamine dichloro platinum (II)

The cis/trans cannot be differentiated from the formula given. This cis form is also known by the common name of cis platinum because it is used as an anticancer drug.
