My husband's boss is using my husband so he and other staff can work less and enjoy their lifes. My husband has an ambition to be promoted, but he worked hard for it but nothing happened, he was used by everone in this comapaney(administration. My husband find himself stuck into a whole. The human resources officer is a lady who is the best friend of my husban's bad boss.
the boss is bad smart person. He is playing under the radar.
My husband always has to be blamed and always do the work of other people. My husband's boss is using my husband.
the humanitarian officer lady is the best friend of the boss' wife.
they plan together and they are in control. they enjoy their life with their family while my husband is doing his work, my husband is very angry at his boss, and I advised him to change job. H eis also emotionly abused by his boss.

Hi, could you email me with more details?? From what I can understand, he should confront the employer and explain the situation to him/her and how he is feeling about this. If nothing else he could quit for justified reasons and find another, better job. But before he quits, be looking for another job now and have it lined up prior to quitiing. In a situation like that, there isn't much he can do. I was once in a situation very similar, where the HR director was friends with my boss, and I couldn't go to her about anything. That boss got several people fired, for stupid reasons, and they did nothing about her because they liked her.
If the job pays good money, he should tough it out and pray for a break.
If he has a chance to leave the job, I'd advise him to leave. Upper management rarely listens to complaints about bosses.
