sure. women folk often are more effective being concerned and thoughtful than adult men. it truly is only a reality, it truly is that motherly instinct that we've. No offense in any respect to adult men, it really is no longer what i'm attempting to do. there are an excellent type of exceptions, adult men might want to be basically as thoughtful, yet women folk are designed to be moms. no longer all, no longer even on the fringe of all, in spite of the undeniable fact that the overall public. i'm no longer saying that women folk are unable to racism, crime, and each of the undesirable issues that are in this international at present. i imagine maximum of those issues might want to nonetheless exist, because those issues are not brought about by way of the "rulers" of the international: those issues are brought about by way of the those that are contained in the international, adult men and women folk alike. in spite of the undeniable fact that, i imagine that undesirable judgements made by way of authorities and rulers (wars, the holucaust, the remedy of the community human beings, etc.) may were prevented, because (the overall public of) women folk are more effective compassionate and able to work out issues from yet another persons footwear. i imagine that (the overall public of) women folk hate warfare, and can want to evade it in any respect expenses. it really is achieveable that we'd have made up for that by way of creating different blunders, ones that i'll't imagine what they could be.

I think you mean matriarchal societies. There are several and were several in the past, but the theories of people like Robert Graves, who posited many such Paleolithic societies, have been held to refutation of late. Their hypothesizes were not well supported by evidence. Some people still mistakenly believe in these theories. Women have ruled many countries in the past and now in the present.

The Queen of Sheba....... Danced for Her supper with the intention of usurping the crown from the King.
Cleopatra..... caused the death of Her brother so that She could rule Egypt. Had an affair with Ceasar, Mark Antony and offered Herself to Octavian (Augustus).....Died of an overdose of 'asp'rin.
Lydia, wife of Emperor Augustus......Plotted and planned for many years in order to have Her Son (Tiberius) made Emperor. Poisoned Her own Husband so as to retain control of the throne from the background.

Queen Isobel of Spain...... Financed the voyages of Christopher Columbus to the New World so that it,s people could become "enlightened (read: 'enslaved') by the Roman Catholic Church.
Catherine The Great of Russia....... had one of Her several lovers (there were 3 brothers) murder Her husband so that She could take over the throne.
Queen ========== of France....... Had 30,000 Protestants butchered so as to ensure that Catholicism would remain the "national religion" of France.
Marie Antoinette....... Her lust for power and the good life led to the French Revolution (In part as the result of the public outcry by the people of France over some of Her jewlery having been stolen, and the realization that so much money was squandered on the rich).stolen
Queen Victoria of England (British Empire) ........ Oversaw the enslavement of half the population of Her empire. Refused to acknowledge the existence of 'female homosexuality'. Had most of Her children delivered by a Male Mid-wife.
Margret Thatcher (The Iron Lady)....... Went to war to regain the Falkland Islands back from (Argentina) the people from whom Britain had originally stolen it.
Queen Elizabeth II of England........ Still running the Family Business even though 'royalty' means nothing in this day and age.
Condolisa Rice...... Arguably the single most powerful Woman in the World today due to the backing She recieves from the U.S. Military.
That should do for a start.

Some people believe women ruled during the Stone Age, hence why , despite humans being so smart, the Stone Age lasted a million years.

With the advent of marriage, men were motivated into productivity and male rule aka civilisation began. That was ~10,000 years ago.

Here are a list of known matriarchies:

http://www.saunalahti.fi/penelope/Feminism/matrifoc.html

As you can see they never exceeded Stone Age advancement.

However, there are some places where "matriarchies" now exist, for example in crime ridden ghettos the usual head of the family is a single mother, thus explaining the regression to Stone Age behaviour.

A list of successful matriarchies follows:

The End.

EDIT: Matilda: The reason is that they are less productive than marriage based societies, therefore the standard of living is lower and they are vulnerable to being taken over by a marriage based society as has happened with countless matriarchal societies throughout the course of history.
