Go to Gibson Research and download ID Serve. Run it an it will give info on IP address.

http://www.dnsstuff.com has tools to look up by IP address or domain name. Another answer correctly pointed out that a single IP address may have many websites attached to it.

You can try the DOS command "whois". MOST servers have the response for this turned OFF however.
OR, you can contact the site registering people for information. I think it is ICAN or something similar.

hey just download whereisip software to your computer and then search the ip you want it tells you who was the owner of that site
