http://www.dnsstuff.com has tools to look up by IP address or domain name. Another answer correctly pointed out that a single IP address may have many websites attached to it.

You can try the DOS command "whois". MOST servers have the response for this turned OFF however.
OR, you can contact the site registering people for information. I think it is ICAN or something similar.

www.gowhois.org is a easy site to remember just enter the ip of that site.
it schould give you all the info you need.

hey just download whereisip software to your computer and then search the ip you want it tells you who was the owner of that site
download it from google.com
