It depends on your local, state and federal laws. While most would assume it's not illegal, you'd be surprised the crazy things that are. Here in my town it's still illegal to walk a cow down mainstreet on a Sunday.
I just read this morning about a guy who is being prosecuted for having sex with a deer; his argument is that the deer was dead, so he wasn't actually having sex with a deer, but rather some meat and having sex with meat is not illegal!!!
So, it all depends. Call a lawyer and ask him, I"m sure once they get over the "WTF" initial reaction, you might get free advice from them just for having the balls to call and ask that.

Be forewarned, though, that the pitbull may not be charge with any crime when he tears you from limb to limb - something in the law about instigating the assault.

If you are in the UK it is illegal for you to own your pitbull. He is considered to be a dangerous animal.

only if you make him sing "somewhere over the rainbow" while he is trying to dance. southern states still have this law on the books.
also, in todays society it is deemed cruel to make your dog wear that specific out fit and not give him access to matching shoes.
