at 20 weeks they said i was having a boy but so many of my friends thought they w ere have a girl and now they are have boys i just want to ask you

girls are easy to mistake for boys, I was supposed to be a boy- the doctors can mistake the umbilical cord between the legs to be a penis, but it rarely happens. if you are still unsure, get another ultrasound done for a second opinion, but i would bet you are having a boy. Just make sure your not going to the same doctor your friends went to.

boys are easy to spot in an ultrasound. If the OB is having a tough time.. rest assured its a girl.

It's more common to mistaken a girl for a boy since sometimes you can't get a clear "shot" but if they can clearly see it's a boy then I'd take their word for it.

My doctor said it was much easier to determine a boy because of the penis, than it was a girl.

I bet you are having a boy, they are much easier to see then girls on ultrasounds

The best way to find out is wait until you ninth month, have the baby and look in the crotch area. That usually gives you a good idea of the sex.

When you go back for your 28 week ultrasound they will be able to tell you for sure.

It's a boy, congratulations. They usually won't say that unless they see the twigs & berries.
