Since Buckethead doesn't actually eat chicken, he needed someone to eat the chicken before he donned the bucket on his head, THAT'S the fat guy! he's bucketheads personal chicken eater.

the fat guy is Onions........onions is the voice of buckethead since buckethead doesn't talk...
Buckethead is one amazing guitarist , and heck i love the quirkness and he's so into his character...kind alike spinal tap...
the people just call him buckethead
