I look it up on occasion if it looks really different, misspelled, or interesting. Otherwise context clues are good enough.

WHEN I WAS YOUNG WE DIDN'T KNOW BETTER AND DIDN'T CARE EITHER BUT AS I GOT OLDER I WOULD LOOK IT UP IN THE INTENT OF THE SPEAKERS FACE AND IT USUALLY HELD THE TRUE MEANING~LOOKITUP
