That's a pretty fun one...think about it...as long as you're in someone's bed by 10pm, you don't have to come home. My parents used to ask me "how many times have I told you...." I didn't want to ignore them so I gave them an answers...say "Three?" They couldn't be mad...they asked me a question and I answered it. This disspelled quite a bit of hostility and I was truly being innocent at the time. They also told me, "If you keep making faces like that, your face will stay that way."

8:00 was our bedtime growing up during school. We never went anywhere. There were 4 of us kids. We were poor. We never questioned it. That was just the way it was.
Oh, she always told us if we EVER did any drugs, she would turn us in herself.
We never did.
"Were you born in a barn?" When we left the door open. Of which I finally caught wind and told her she should know as she was there. :)

My mom used to say, it's not good to go out after dark. So in winter, I'd have to be home by 5. Yes, I'm serious.
