When the judge signs? When you recieve the "paperwork"? When it's filled with the clerks office?

As soon as the judge signs, basically granting, it. Now, it will have to be filed with the clerks office, and may take some time for you to receive the decree, but the date the judged signed it is the official date.

Interesting, but sad, is the fact that a buddy of mine has a final decree signed and dated by the judge 9/11/2001.
