Is it a bad sign if someone tells you a pet is a devil? when i first got my cat he was only 7 weeks. the people at the shelter were saying he was a little devil. maybe they were glad to get him out of there lol. we still got him. he's almost 11 years old and still gets into trouble.

some breeds (or cross breeds) are more....hyper..... then others... and he probably will continue to get into trouble until he get rather elderly

kittens are just mischievous. the cat will calm down after being neutered or spayed. it usually can take about 6 months for the hormones to totally be under control. after that you and kitty will get along just fine. my cat used to attack my head when i slept at night until i got him neutered. now he's a big lap cat. totally sweet.
