Just putting forth a question, and asking for thoughts, ideas, theories, possibilities. Forget the ufos, that's another subject. Religion, also another subject.

There's a few things to consider: dark matter, dark energy, strings(string theory with 11 dimensions), quantum physics, etc. Maybe those super intelligent critters figured out how to work with all that stuff, if they do exist that is. Maybe they live in the far future(to us) and can manipulate things in the past in order to enhance there own intelligence and power. Maybe my question is just balogna.

Look at it logically. The universe is 13.7 billion years old. This is long enough for millions or billions of intelligent species to have evolved, become technological, merged with ultra-advanced computers, left the flesh and broadcast themselves to the rest of the universe. They could be here by the millions as organized energy and we would be clueless. We'll be merging with our own computers in less than 50 years so will probably then be able to detect and meet them.

Rational dictates that we are not the center of the universe or are the only intelligent beings ... that said , having that kind of technology is anyone's guess , The universe body that encompasses all the stars ,planets , galaxies etc.. is unbelievable huge , the distances are astronomical ,we are talking of hundreds even thousands of light years away to probably the closest possible civilised world . The thing that with those distances if any body could get here by there technology of travel ,they would have difficult time returning to their own present time , they basically would be returning in their own future where every body they know would long been dead , so super long distance travel is not practical , I would say only for colonicing , and I believe that has happened to us , we are descendants of other civilizations.

you could extraordinarily a lot look at earth for information that really smart existence can strengthen in a very aqueous surroundings. Dolphins are extraordinarily smart (besides the actual incontrovertible fact that technically they advanced from land creatures). the only aspect binding all customary existence kinds on earth is liquid water. for this reason, that's entirely accessible that wise beings might want to evolve in an aqueous surroundings. I pronounced this somewhat cool Imax once about Europa, between the moons of Jupiter. the floor of Europa is almost thoroughly ice, and some scientists theorize that below each and each and every of the ice is liquid water. So there is countless hypothesis to even if there is existence even elsewhere in our image voltaic equipment. we are able to not understand till we may be able to get something to drill by the ice and examine it out. At any price, would not or not it is cool if it became available have been civilizations residing less than the ice?

my theory on the existence of other beings can be clearly stated as- the universe is composed of diverse being including humans and therefore there are other beings in the universe except that these beings may be more intelligent than humans but unable of manipulating time and space

There's absolutely no way to know at this time.

An answer one way or the other would be sheer speculation and/or hopeful guesswork.

They do exist for sure but they will never manipulate time!

If there are they are probably smart enough to prevent us from knowing about them.

We are probably too dull and brutal to be of interest to them.
