Right. You can cherry-pick from all those good ideas where someone wants to open this or build that and the bank has scrutinized the person closer than anyone in town--right.
I was eating lunch at a cafe in a small town a while back and the guy at the next table asked if I liked the town. I did. He said, you know, we really need a hardware store. I didn't do it, but go to lunch with a good customer of your bank and say, "Just what does this town need most right now?"

If you know about investments, the best business for the next 5 to 10 years is going to be Stock Market Investments and Advice.
I am starting one soon for US and Indian markets. This is why I am trying to get myself into a mode of 'advising people' from some basic concepts to advanced Technical and Fundamental analysis.
It is a good business and there are TONS of potential clients out there who would like to have someone invest the funds for them.
In this model, I would just have responsibility to Buy and Sell, and no withdrawl priviledges to the account. The fees would be based on % of profit (not allowed in US, so it will work for India), and Fixed Fees based on Asset size (0.5% to 1.5% of assets).
Good luck.

Hi abha,
I'm a young retired Banker. I left the Bank to start my own
business and was very successful, but I must warn you that
it can be very hard to start your own business. You must be
prepared to work long hours and depending on the type of
business you may find it difficult to get away for holidays.
The easiest money I made was getting into investing in Real
Estate and I would highly recommend you consider it for the
following reasons:
1. My method was as close to risk free as you can get.
2. You can fairly quickly build your portfolio to over a
million dollars.
3. With the proper management it can be hassle free and
would require very little of your time.
If you would like to Know more send me an email.
Sincerely
Ray

Hi,
The most profitable business is forex and shares trading and it is most exiting business I know. I'm sure you as a banker really know it.
Why don’t you start your own forex or shares trading? I could introduce you to one brokerage company in Austria that allows to trade online from same account currency (forex), commodities, metals and cfd on shares. Total 500 instruments available; spread from 1 pip. If you open trading account under my referral I provide you for free with trading techniques that I successfully use for several years.
Currency (forex) trading is attractive because it is very high income and you could trade from any place in the world and at any time from Sunday night to Friday night. So you could create really huge income.
If you are interesting and/or have any question please pm or e-mail me (press on my name) and I provide you with further information.
Good luck!
