They said we may get a few showers, but it should not throw off any plans you have. If we see anything at all, it may only last two minutes, or only be in one small area of town. Come and enjoy Phoenix.

Yes, but it will not last long or be a heavy downpour. Lots of runners will be here in the Phoenix area this weekend (35,000) for the big annual (4th) Rock & Roll Marathon and 1/2 marathon races. Should be around 40-42 degrees at the downtown start and maybe mid 50's by the time most of them cross the Tempe/ASU finish lines!

i wouldn't even worry about it.
the rain here is more like a small sprinkle-most of the time it's not even measurable.
just bring a windbreaker and light jacket with you-you will be just fine.
but i agree with the girl that talked about the driving-people see a drop of rain on their windshield and suddenly it's time to stomp on the brakes!! people here are horrible drivers in the rain!!
temperature should still be nice compared to most other parts of the country. enjoy your stay!!

yes but be advised, i'd say about 7/10 times when they say rain we barely get sprinkles. it hardly ever pours here. Phoenix rain is nothing but be careful sometimes a medium amount of rain makes ppl on the freeway start acting like idiots.
