It seemed pretty complex when I went to apply to be a Mystery Shopper.....there were tons of offers that were listed, and I was suppose to choose so many. They all had some sort of cost involved, and had to sign up for ongoing re-order

I was a mystery shopper and I did not pay money out of my pocket. If I had to buy some food item, I got reimbursed at the end of the day.

The agency that I worked had a list of places that you could select from. I took restaurants, banks, clothing stores, auto repair, and drive thru eatery. We had to fill out a questionnaire and for each completed one we got $25.00. If the client did not think that your answers were good enough you did not get paid for you time and gas. You had to wait two weeks to get paid or not paid on a job.

I have a friend who is one, and she never had to pay for it. She even got to choose her counties. Make sure it is a reliable company first by checking with the BBB. Good luck and Peace.
