Myspace is a sitting duck to internet predators, and if you apply for a job, your employers will look at your myspace account to see more personal things about you that you wouldn't want them to know.

You say it is corrupted by evil people. But if something is horribly corrupted and the owners don't take strong action against that corruption, are the owners not corrupted?

I agree that social networking sites are a good idea, but only when they are safe. If there was a safe social networking site, I would, by all means, take part in it. But that is the problem. Myspace is unsafe and corrupted, and no one is taking action!
