I saw children murdered, it's horrible. Last night same thing, people I don't know, places I've never been I'.m 5'6" 139 lbs, dark hair to my waist and glasses. I saw myself for the 1st time. I was in another body. she was 5', blonde hair just below the ears, big blue eyes, and plump. What's going on. Does anyone know how to interpret dreams. I's scary to me. I never see my husband or children. When I saw this person who's body i was in, I freaked out. I never had nightmare until the past 2 wks. I need to know. PLZ, no sarcastic remarks. I'm very concerned about this. I know ther are people out there that can interpret dreams, I hope I hear from you.

i was an abused child. and my younger sister was murdered. I don't believe in reincarnation. I have a wonderful life with my husband of 27 yrs. And in October/06 had to deal with breast cancer, had a mastectomy. Could any of this be related?
Thanks for your answers

Dreams, especially nightmares, are trying to tell you something when they are continuous. When you keep having scary dreams, the dream wants to get your attention. Think about the dream and any relations to your current life. If you beleive in reincarnation, the girl you saw could be you in a past life, in a situation you once lived through. If not, these are other explanations:

To dream that you witness a murder, indicates deep-seated anger towards somebody. Consider how the victim represents aspects of yourself that you want to destroy or eliminate.

To see children in your dream, signifies your own childlike qualities or a retreat back to a childlike state. It is an extension of your inner child during a time of innocence, purity, simplicity, and a carefree attitude. You may be longing for the past and the chance to satisfy repressed desires and unfulfilled hopes. Take some time off and cater to the inner child within.

So, combining those two elements may explain the murderd children. As for seeing yourself in another's body, I can't say much exept what I mentioned before. Hope I helped!

Some people perceive dreams and nightmares as premonitions of things to come whilst other believe they're just electrical impulses running amok during R.E.M sleep. Dreams and nightmares are the side effect of an overworked mind. For instance, fill your day with things that render one or more of your senses useless and you're bound to dreams about it at night. Say if you went sky-diving that day, chances are you're going to be dreaming about falling in your sleep. Likewise are nightmares. If you experiences certain events/situations where one or more of your senses is rendered 'offline'. Your mind later replays that but mixes it with various other memories in hopes of trying to fill in the gaps that the senses that were knocked out weren't able to. in other words, your mind tries to recall every detail that occured and tries to examine every scenario. So hence, terrifying nightmares ensue. However, there are times when there is a paranormal link between dreams and reality. I'm not an expert in that so I will haveto just refer you to whatever link I know that may help. Sources are listed below;

My first suggestion is that you have repressed some really bad stuff from your childhood and it's finally catching up to you. I would suggest you visit a mental health counselar and have a chat. I had some horrible nightmares that only made sense to me years later when I had failed to acknowledge problems from my youth. Seek help, it will give you peace. Best wishes!!

simply put, chaos in dreams means chaos in your life. Either something has recently happened or you're concerned about something happening thats potentially bad. Look at your recent past. Maybe its something you only notice subconciously.
