lol i agree with you it drives me up the wall also. I cannot see going around tellin people that my husband is my baby's daddy. (which he is but still) the dad has a first name. I hate it even worse when a guy says my babies mom....the kid even has a first name i'd take it better if they'd say this is (enter the childs name here) father or dad, daddy, whatever and vice versa for the mom.

The reason the phrase bothers me is because it represents the horrible social reality of people producing babies with people they are not committed to. That's what drives me nuts - all these babies raised in day care by indifferent parents.

I hate "babies mama drama". That drives me crazy. As does "baby daddy". If you were willing to sleep with them can't they have a better title. Or were you just not picky??
