Depends on what city you are in. The moon will rise first in Maine, and it's in the wee hours of the morning. Here's the link to put in your own city and see what time it will rise there:

The moon is nearly at 3rd quarter, so it will rise about midnight local time wherever you are (at first quarter it rises at noon, full at sunset, and 3rd quarter about midnight). I think it is a day or so before 3rd quarter, so it should rise about an hour before midnight. You might look at space.com or heavens-above.com for more information.
