Norway isn't a religion, it is a country. Radical Islamic terrorist are a religious related group not a country. So if you're trying to make a point that Americans are falsely blaming Islam for 9/11, you've missed the point.

1) It won't happen.
2) If some people from Norway engaged in terror, they wouldn't have a religious explanation because they are secular.
3) IF they attacked & IF the used religion as their motivator & IF leaders of that religion supported & encouraged them, I would hold that religion responsible.
