A bookeeper does the accounts for a small business recording in the incoming & outgoing money.

A administrative assistant helps the admin staff run the business by ordering all the equipment, stationery, office amentities required that are need but are not part of the primary operations of the business.

A accounting assistant is someone who assists an accountant with technical matters, these roles can't always be specified they could range from research too looking after the diary of the accountant & doing the tasks the accountant doesn't want to do.

Bookkeepers keep the account books for companies and they can be freelance bookkeepers who are not necessarily accountants but most nowadays are; it is an old fashioned sort of term now as no one actually keeps physical books except very old accountants An administrative assistant is the jack-of-all-trades for the boss. An accounting assistant is a helper for the accounting staff.

You did not mention this but payroll usually falls into the accounting department of most companies and may be done by a payroll company or in-house.
