i heard papaya works? Also, other than i'll grow into it...how can i..."speed up" the process?

nothing, but victoria secreats has a bra that helps
this is not an advertise ment...me and my older sister both use this bra...it is not padded but it pushes up...so i am sure that you can get that at other stores

Well there used to be this saying that eating pickles made your boobs grow, but if you are only 14 you are still developing and things like this take time. Now days teens are trying to grow too fast by already have sex by like age 12. Dont be in a rush to grow up because you will miss out on a lot. Give it time and the next thing you know you will wish your boobs would stop growing.

There is nothing you can eat to make your breast bigger. You can do upper body exercises that will strengthen your pectoris muscles behind your breast and make them larger, and make your breast appear slightly larger, but there is nothing that will actually increase the actual breast tissue. Sorry.

You shouldnt be worrying about boobs yet. There is nothing you can take. Just be healthy, but not one thing out there will make your boobs grow, its all on genes from your parents and so on. Just be happy with yourself.
