Most of these people have NO idea what they're talking about!!! "120 lbs max" YEAH RIGHT!! I'm 5'10 and weigh 160... that calculates to a BMI of 23 which is in the normal weight range. Google "BMI" and calculate your BMI, and that will tell you whether or not you're in a healthy weight range. But whatever you do, don't listen to all of these people (who are probably much shorter than us and think that 120 lbs would be plenty of weight...) who don't know what they're talking about! :)

I'm 5'10" and I weigh 125. But that's underweight by a portion (I can't gain weight, I don't consider that luck).
So I think healthily, you should be averaging around 140 at 5'9".
You might check a sight to see what your BMI is. There they'll give you a chart, and most sites will suggest ways to alter it if it's not healthy.

http://www.brianmac.demon.co.uk/idealw.htm
It says on this chart that it should be 58-72 kg
Personally, I think that's a HUGE margin!
http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/met.htm
This one as well gave some estimates, but I thought the difference between the two numbers was pretty big
I think the best thing to do is,
1. weigh yourself
2. get your BMI done

it truly is the least confusing thanks to envision your top weight ratio...degree your top in Centimeters and what ever studying you get minus 100 from it it delivers you with the load you should be. Eg if you're 134.62cm- 100 your weight must be approx 34.sixty 2 ie 35 kgs ( if you're healthful )
