Is there a website that you can go to that tells you if a doctor has ever been sued, or been in a malpractice claim???

Thanks for your help... actually, this case is in Florida. I went to the Florida Department of Health website and I found all the information on him that I needed. Bad little boy, let me tell you... phew... If you are a woman and you need to go to a OB/GYN, don't go see Dr. Fornera in Ormand Beach. Just a friendly warning.

doctors are not members of the BBB. All it takes is money to belong so that is a mute point also.
Call or write the medical board in their state. In Florida you can look it up online.
I would need the name and the state in which they practice to have found something.

You can check with the American Medical Association and also the Better Business Bureau
