There's a link for 'report a problem with your current movie' once you click on that and tell them you were sent the wrong movie, they'll send the right movie out ASAP and you'll have it the next day, even if you haven't returned the other movie. if you simply send your wrong movie back and complain then you'll have to wait until it is inprocessed before the right movie is sent out. Considering how many people rent 2 or 3 movies at a time, it isn't hard to imagine they might put them in the wrong sleeve and the ppl checking in the movies might not check every single one.

Be sure to watch it before returning it though. It might just be that 'one' movie you've been waiting your whole life to see. Or it may be crap ;-)
