I drink an energy drink. You have to be careful though because it contains alot of sugar and thats worse to "come down" off of..I tend to go with red bull diet or rockstar lowcarb....if the drink has a lot of sugar it makes you feel worse.

I also like a little packet called liquid energy..its a bunch of vitamins and 2000mg of ginseng...helps fight colds too.

me too, i will drink "black" coffee to stay awake,,I'm always sleepy at work and yes i hate to lie,,I dont get enough of sleep everynight, i get only 5 hours of sleep but thats enough for me..

sometimes i even take a short nap at the restroom LOL

If i have jewelry on like necklaces, bracelets, rings i repeatedly take them off then put them back on it always helps me when im sleepy cuz it keeps me distracted

I drink a good cup of espresso.. wakes me up fast.. also some fruit or chocolate help..

drink tea or go around my friends! They have some sort of chemical in them that makes me "hyper"active!

turn a fan on you, go outside, walk, run.

good temporary solution.. but that will just make it worse when you come down from your caffeine high
