Like for example, the metal part at the trunk which holds the spring just broke.... just taking chances, they might cover.

No. The only exceptions would be emission related items, where the warranty period is mandated by law, or a factory safety recall.

No. The only chance is if its a known problem that they did a recall on. I have never heard of that part being a problem so I would say your going to have to buy the part yourself.
