I suspect you have incorrectly learnt HTML. For example, can you get any of your webpages to validate (http://validator.w3.org/ and http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/ )?

Are you aware of semantic markup (http://www.dynamicsitesolutions.com/html/semantics/ )?

I run a web site and i always use HTML, just go to Google.com and search HTML Codes....hundres of sites come up with easy cheat sheets.

Depends on what you're looking for. Try search engines, webmaster resource sites, myspace code sites, there's a lot of stuff out there.
