Right Here, Right Now by jesus jones is awesome and so are many of howard jones' songs including No one is to Blame and Pearl In the Shell.
I'd say it's a tie. I couldn't decide who's "better". They're a bit different but both classics from the late 80's and 90's.

I can't recall when Howard Jones last made an album that was on the charts. And I have heard of Jesus Jones, but don't now anything about him. I'll go with Howard.
