Yes, definitely. But I'm *way* more affectionate with my daughter. As a result, so is she! She asks me for hugs and kisses countless times a day, and tells me how much she loves me. So cute. She's 3.

My dad was more affectionate, than my mom. My dad played games, told silly jokes, and took us kids on outings, where my mom seemed to always be busy around the house, until it was time for her to go to bed. Now that I have 3 adult children and 3 grand children, we are always affectionate, physically, and emotionally. We are "in tuned" with one another, and can fell each other's pain. Family should always show some kind of affection toward's each other, and the best way to start is by saying: "I LOVE YOU".

No, My parents and I aren't really affectionate people. We are more reserved and laid back with our feelings. But we do and say nice things from time to time to let others know we really care about them.

no,not really. But my grandmother and great aunt helped raise me and they were. I'm going to be affectionate to my daughter though. I think it makes a big difference in people.
