Whenever I take a dump I feel so paranoid and vulnerable

I know the feeling of being vulnerable while one the toilet, but for the most part, I am not paranoid of the toilet at all, except when I'm using a public toilet and I'm letting out a lot of stinky farts while I take a poop - then I feel REALLY vulnerable.

I never used to be until I watched America's Funniest Home Videos and saw a rat crawl through the hole in someone's toilet. Now I can't help but look down when I'm going...I hope that I'll pee on it before it bites me somewhere painful...

If when u take a dump u feel so paranoid why don't u drink some prune jucie. then u will have the squirts, it isn't called takin a dump

I only feel paranoid about it before I clean off the seat with a lysol antibacterial cloth.

Not at all.. it's one of my best friends. Doing that sort of thing out in nature still feels kind of eerie to me, so I like my toilet.

Do you have a door to your bathroom and if so does it have a lock? Did somebody acidentally walk in on you one time and scar you for life? I would try hypnosis if I was you. Good luck.

No ,but I do when washing my hair in the shower and my head is emerged under the water of the shower,sometimes I burn my corneas with paranoia

No, i am more paranoid of what might come out of me. Really, what keeps your guts from coming out? Also I am afraid if i strain to hard that I will herniate myself.

Lol, I know the feeling dude, you're not alone.In public bathrooms, I feel ppl have hidden cameras in the stall, and they're watching and laughing at us, for their own sick amusement.
