C would be the most obvious choice. A is too close; only 1 metre away. Not really "at the end of her block." B and D are too far.
C is only 1/10th of a kilometre and seems plausible to be at the end of her block.

I'd say it was C. 100m is about the length of a football field, and that sounds about right.

100cm is about 50 inches. not a block
100KM is about 60 miles. not a block
100dm is 10M is about 30 feet, not a block
soooo.... 100M has to be it..

If you consider the units of measure, the most logical answer will be easy to figure out.
