I have had a great sex life up til the last month or so. I am now experiencing dryness (down there) when we have intercourse. Why?

Two reasons come to mind: your age...post menses will do that. Or you aren't getting enough foreplay, or stimulation to get the juices flowing. You can use K-Y, bought over the counter;. Don't use any other things, because they will irritate your vaginal linings. If in a healthy relationship, discuss this with your partner, as he can make using the gel a part of the foreplay.

I'm not sure. You should ask a doctor or obgyn. This could be very frustrating. Try having oral sex before you have sex, it will help you get wetter. If that doesn't work then try some lube, that always does the trick. :)

Not meaning to offend you, but it's probably your age. If you happen to be going through menopause, you'll experience dryness.

Are you taking any medications that could lower your libido (BCPs, antihystimines, anti-depressants)? Maybe he is not stimulating you or over-doing a little during foreplay.
You need to get you some Astroglide. It is a sexlife saver.

I wish I knew, the same thing happened to my wife! And it made it difficult to enjoy sex. I felt I wasn't making her happy!
