Try to get along with both of them. If you can't then only hang out with your friend when the other girl is not around.

Gals can be as 'unique' as any guy! Most of us cannot figure them out (Male or Female)! Each of us is unique in our own way!
As an older adult, tell her how you feel! You have little to lose and a whole lot to gain! If you want more than friendship - say so! If you only want friendship, say that too! If you want nothing to do with them, let them know that you think that they have great taste, but you are not ready for them!
All in all, be honest unto yourself and the other - one never knows when one might need another!

Try and get to know the other girl, even if you don't really like her, so she won't think you're trying to ignore her. Plus, let your friend spend time with the other girl, since having lots of friendships is healthy. While the two of them are hanging out, you can always take that time to meet some new friends. That way, you won't feel left out when you see the two of them hanging out together.

zen's advice sounds about rite, talk to ur friend. Or try to get to know this other person who you don't really like, don't exclude urself, it doesn't work. Try to take part in their conversations when they're talking beside u or something. It will make this other girl know that you're there too.

make yourself know around them. do not be their tag-along, but be with them a good amount of time. Become really good friends with them (put aside your differences!!) This is just the kind of situation that will be brough into our life. I had the same problem.. but once i made it into the click, drining and smoking and drugs cam along, so i left... i made a neck group, and im comfortable with them. also, remember to reust knowbody, but only you will know the right decision to make.

grow up! i mean u have to be mature about it unless ur still in hs or grammar school. when ur with the friend u like let her know her friendship is appreciated and the one u don't like stay away from her or whatever ur reasons are for not liking her, confront her about it or get over it...
